Arrival
Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time, therefore we ask you to arrive on time.
Age Requirement
The minimum age requirement for unaccompanied access is 16.
Cancellation Policy
You are respectfully advised that the full treatment cost will be incurred if less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule or cancel your reservation. A valid credit card number is required at the time of booking.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries before your treatment begins.
Pregnancy
Please note due to the nature of the pressure applied during a deep tissue massage, you are advised not to book for treatment if pregnant.
Etiquette
Mala Thai Massage is an environment of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Use of mobile phones is not permitted and must be turned onto silent before entering.
